This moving meditation consists of vinyasa flow that gradually and intentionally builds to important peak postures and structures our bodies and minds in such a way that we are in alignment with our spirit. Cosmic Flow is all about finding the stillness necessary to tap into your inner strength and wisdom and channel the cosmic love that is in all of us.
Quartz singing bowls are wonderfully played at the beginning and the end of this lovely yoga class combined with the halotherapy. Class limited to 5 participants.
Saturday morning at 9:30 bring a yoga mat and water.
